For over 70 years, thousands of visitors and residents have come to Berlin Borough & Berlin Township to celebrate our nation's birthday. It is the ICCA's (Inter-Community Celebration Committee) mission to put on a family-friendly event that showcases the heritage, pride, and creativity of our towns while featuring our area schools, clubs, teams, businesses, religious and civic organizations.

ABOUT US >

HELP US REACH OUR GOAL

Each year our dedicated volunteers and staff work hard to deliver a fun, interactive, community focused 4th of July Parade. Unfortunately, costs go up for the things we need (such as city permits, entertainment, volunteer gear, first aid, sound systems, insurance, and more), so we are asking you, our favorite parade goers, to please step up to the plate. Yes, this means we are relying on YOU to help the parade.

Every donation counts

Whether you’re donating $10, $100, or $500 you are contributing to a unified effort aimed at keeping one of our community’s largest event of the year going strong. We work hard to fundraise each year; this year’s parade will cost over $20,000 and you can help us achieve this goal with your donations.

The Impact

Members of this community are brought together each year by the 4th of July parade, a tradition sustained by the efforts of the Berlin Inter-Community Celebration Committee (ICCA).

But our efforts alone aren’t enough. With your financial support, this parade can continue to thrive well into the future, and we can continue to bring together the community each year for a chance to celebrate our neighborhoods and our country.

  • Each year well over 5,000 people come out to celebrate the 4th of July alongside their family, friends, and neighbors at our parade. In an era of increasingly limited social interaction, this parade facilitates community and relationship building.

  • For 72 years the Berlin ICCA has successfully brought members of different communities together for a day filled with celebrating local talent.

  • We are only as strong as our community. We are counting on each of you to help keep this tradition alive.

  • A community that celebrates the 4th of July together, sticks together!

Other Ways You Can Help

We understand not everyone can help with their wallet, but that doesn't mean you can't help at all:

  • Make noise about our campaign! Please spread the word about this donation campaign to your family, friends, and neighbors.

  • Volunteer the day-of. Click here to inquire further about volunteering at the 4th of July parade. We need lots of hands on deck!

  • Stay awesome. We are so proud to represent this community and that’s all because of each of you!

And that's all there is to it.

Thank you from the bottom of our patriotic hearts!
